Fox News readers, turn away now, you're definitely not going to like this .. the UN's panel on climate science said today that climate change is happening, it is almost entirely man's fault and limiting its impacts may require reducing greenhouse gas emissions to zero this century. This piece of news today came at an opportune time. My Year 13s have just left for exams (Southern Hemisphere here in New Zealand) and my Year 12s are sitting their mocks, which means I have some free and unfettered time to think about this seemingly intractable problem.
